Measures to prevent the formation of whitewash

Before installation, the stone should be protected (front, five or six sides, depending on the project requirements) to prevent the stone from absorbing too much water, prevent the water from the front of the stone or the underground water from seeping into the cement mortar under the stone, so as to prevent the alkaline metal ions of the cement mortar from seeping into the stone and causing white.
Select the gap filling material suitable for the stone and construct it according to the correct construction method. Good quality caulking materials and correct construction methods can prevent the occurrence of white at the caulking.
When mixing cement mortar, use low water-cement ratio or add water-reducing agent. Reducing excessive moisture can avoid the occurrence of a white bloom.
Adding waterproof agent to cement mortar can prevent metal ions from being dissolved by a large amount of water and seeping out of the stone surface to form white hua.
Select non-polluting bone materials, such as avoiding the use of sea sand with more calcium, magnesium and sodium plasma, and avoiding the use of groundwater with more minerals as mixing water, reducing the source of metal ions, and reducing the probability of whitewash.
